Welcome to the Westfield Public Schools!

Westfield is situated in the foothills of the Berkshires in Western Massachusetts and has the second largest land area in Massachusetts, 47 square miles.  Whether you are new to Westfield, or new to the school system, we hope you will take an active interest in our educational programs.

The Westfield School District provides approximately 6,000 students in grades Pre-K through twelve with a wide array of educational opportunities.

There are currently twelve schools that make up the Westfield School District;  one early childhood center, seven elementary schools (grades K-5), two middle schools (grades 6-8)  and two high schools (grades 9-12), including a vocational-technical high school.  Each of our schools provides a safe and nurturing environment,  innovative programs, a rich and rigorous curriculum, and highly skilled teachers.

Congratulations To Westfield's 2013 Winners of the Pioneer Valley Excellence in Teaching Awards (more)
